My online shopping experience with TONKA has been below average, despite the company's wide selection of toys, games, and vehicles. To my knowledge as a toy and game specialist, TONKA makes products of dubious quality. Although they have a wide variety of vintage Tonka trucks to choose from, the quality of construction of some of the products leaves them prone to damage during even mild usage. Moreover, TONKA only offers a small selection of the most up-to-date versions of remote-controlled cars. Shopping online is a hassle because of the website's confusing layout and lack of clear direction during the checkout procedure. TONKA also has bad customer service, with long wait times and useless reps. In general, I would not suggest TONKA to anyone searching for premium playthings. Toy and vehicle fans will be disappointed with TONKA's subpar product quality, narrow selection, and unhelpful customer service.
