I was a little nervous about this product because of some of the reviews, mainly with installation. However, I didn’t have any issues. There was one extra of each screw. It took me 20 minutes to assemble by myself. I wanted an alternative to a standard crate and I love this one because it looks like furniture. My puppy loves it. I opted for the large size so she can walk around and play in it. It opens from 2 sides. I keep the side facing my office open during the day but she stays in it on her own. I like the top opening because I can reach in to pet her easily. My only concern is hoping that she doesn’t learn to climb up and crawl out one day when she becomes more active. Overall I’m very satisfied.
