Review on Fixodent Ultra Hold Dental Adhesive by Daniel Boudreau

Tried to use this 30 minutes ago. Not only did it not stick to my "clean and dry" upper denture, I ALSO WASHED IT WITH ALCOHOL to keep it dry, which came off as soon as I opened my mouth, I CAN'T GET THE RESIDUES OUT OF THE MOUTH ! I've wiped and washed and wiped and I still have this horrible complex thing in my cheeks between the top gum and top lip, on the sides of the tongue and underneath it making it hard for me to open my mouth. I also had trouble just squeezing it out of the tube. I am 80 years old and have a weak grip due to arthritis but have had no problems with other brands. However, I wouldn't mind if this material held my denture in place and didn't invade the rest of my mouth when I tried to remove it. a thin, stubborn layer of mucus develops, which is very unpleasant.
