The print cartridge produces a repeating wavy line across the printed document. When I fixed the problem, I replaced the cartridge with another new cartridge I bought from another supplier and the printed pattern disappeared. This is clearly a defective cartridge and probably a replacement product, not a Xerox product. While it's positioned as an OEM, I don't think that's the case. It wasn't until I looked at the customer reviews that I realized I wasn't the only one who had been sold a defective cartridge. Unfortunately, if you buy extra cartridges to have on hand when you need them, the return period expires when the cartridge goes into service.
