I bought the same shirt in two colors, same size and same style. One color was larger, the other smaller. The white shirt was about 2 sizes smaller than the advertised average size. The label and the bag are the same size, but it is different. good material. Neither the tag nor the pocket say anything about the shirt's UV rating, so we'll just have to rely on the website here.
