Terrible customer support - only for IT guys.
Bought for work from the homeworld we seem to have entered. Very poor written instructions. Technical service only by email round trip. You answer with a simple one-line question, then you wait for hours for the next answer. It might be a good product for IT professionals, but it's clearly not intended for the individual home user. It took me a week to arrive (okay - with shipping issues) but now I have to order something else and wait again while burning my phone minutes.
