I really like that they come with a solid body, fold down to fit inside the case, cancel out background noise (although with ANC off I expected a little more difference than that got ), the sound was great and clear, the connection was easy and the buttons are designed to be easily identifiable by touch. The only negative I noticed is that when I was running up the steps during the exercises, they kept pounding on my head (they were in the smallest position, not extended). I expect with each pair of headphones during this session and the padding at the top and bottom helped.
