I like these wool shirts a lot. I bought a second one after wearing the first on a few cold weather morning runs. It keeps me pretty dang warm in a high 30's low 40's temp just on its own and doesn't feel overbearing or hot when I start getting warmed up. I also wore these as base layers on a trip to Chicago (I'm from Texas) and was pleased with how they performed there too. They do fit a little small, which is unfortunate for the belly rolls, but since I wear them as a base layer or by themselves for running, I don't mind the tighter fit. I think the only con is the wool smells like wet dog when it gets wet, but I find it more humorous than anything else. After all, it is wool. And it works like wool does. And that's the important thing.
