They didn't quite work

There are no instructions with this set. I used to install interchangeable pulls and ended up getting one for my jacket and it didn't work with the zipper. A bit disappointed not knowing if this is a product or not knowing if I did something wrong. With no pictures or written instructions, it's kind of hit and miss on this project.
