I bought a battery from Ninjabatt on Nov. 28th, 2020. It arrived with 78% power when fully charged. For the $25 or whatever it cost, I wasn’t really concerned. It’s an inexpensive aftermarket alternative, I’ll live.Yhis battery is attached to a Compaq laptop that is I’m used at my shop for automotive diagnostics on select cars only. In other words, it’s been used 3-4 times since the date of purchase. Last week I tried changing the laptop to use it but it won’t accept a charge at all. The laptop works fine attached to the changer but will power down immediately once unplugged. (Yup, the battery is that worthless). Walmart won’t help because the purchase is over 90 days ago. I wrote Ninjabatt hoping for assistance. Not only did they not do anything to correct the problem with their either defective or junk product they didn’t even have the courtesy to write me back at all. So. I’ll eat the $25 but not without sharing my experience with as may people as possible.Based on my experiences, I do not recommend this product nor company to anyone. Ever. <—- saying it again.
