after installing my computer, it only loads successfully about 5% of the time; otherwise only RGB is included. After removing the PCIe card, I went back to normal computing. I contacted the manufacturer and they responded until I mentioned my computer wouldn't turn on and then I got banned. Aside from hoping that if they don't answer and they don't suck they'll just leave me, that's never professional. I plan to return this. A good idea in theory, but poorly sold by the manufacturer, and lack of customer support to back it up. Fortunately, this did not damage my computer.
