The perfect balloon garland at an unbelievably low price! I got an offer from a party planner for a balloon garland and let's just say I didn't have to spend $500 to plan an entire party for my girls. I couldn't find an electric balloon pump in time so 2 of my friends inflated 140 balloons! The clear plastic chain didn't fit me, the balls didn't stick to it. And since I didn't get any instructions, I made a garland out of yarn that fitted perfectly. I couldn't figure out how to use the balloon tying tool so my figures hurt for 3 days. But I rearranged the balloons to hang in her room until deflated for a little pizza! Note: You will need to allow around 2-3 hours, if not more, for assembly.
