Our little ones love these socks. Her shoe sizes range from size 7 (2 years) to size 9/10 (3.5 years) and fit both perfectly. Our 3 year old especially loves mixing them up (sometimes Percy on one leg and Thomas on the other) and tells me the handles on the bottom help him walk on our hardwood floors. He's a bit theatrical, so when he's wearing plain socks with no zippers, he dramatically "slips" and "falls" on the floor and says he needs those zippered socks.
