Size 4 for large 13 month old (almost 30 lbs) fits perfectly. Lasted all night with a 13 month old who pees every 3 hours. Worn every day for almost a month and only had 1 leak - Understandably it leaked around 8am after a toddler had been in it since 7pm. After cloth diapers it was such a time saver. The only question is how are they actually composted? They have to be thrown in the bin because the city doesn't put them in the green bin because they are urine and feces. It's only buried in a landfill to rot, and we can't compost it in the yard because it has to reach a certain heating temperature to kill the bacteria.
