I highly recommend these blue-light blocking glasses for anyone who spends a significant amount of time in front of a computer screen .Through trial and error, i found that they really do reduce eye strain and headaches caused by prolonged use. The glasses protect my eyes from harmful blue light and the frames are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. One downside is that they may not fit comfortably for people with wider faces. Overall a great investment for your vision and health!
