As a traditional chef I have had and always have wooden chopping boards. But about two months ago I decided to find a plastic cutting board, mainly for slicing meat, chicken and fish, which are difficult to completely peel off a wooden cutting board. liquids, and it had to be a decent size. I love this set and am very glad I bought it. Now I use them almost exclusively for all my other boards. The boards come in a good range of sizes for a variety of tasks, with the largest available for most larger tasks. Easy to clean. Can be washed in the dishwasher. Light. good pen. And they have grooves for collecting liquid. The only reason for 4 stars is that I can feel numerous knife cuts on the plastic. I hope no tiny bits of plastic end up in my food, but so far I haven't seen any signs of it.
