It works, but sometimes unfortunately.
I don't know if it was just my computer (I have a new HP laptop) or what it was, but it kept turning on and off. It wasn't usually working when I first plugged it in. I had to keep restarting the computer, after that it worked. It was every time I tried to use it, so it was frustrating. However, tries to use only regular USB ports. I'm not sure how other ports work.
