Review on Snugg by Bob Novitsky

I needed a new phone cover and, after some investigation, settled on giving Snugg a shot. I was interested in their website because it advertised a variety of mobile phone accessories. I ordered a flip case because I was eager to secure my phone in a fashionable way. My anticipation rapidly morphed into disillusionment upon receiving my order. The flip case's construction was subpar, featuring sloppy sewing and a flimsy layout. I was scared to use it for fear of breaking my phone because it felt so fragile. Snugg's customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful when I attempted to contact them to voice my dissatisfaction and ask for a refund. They didn't seem to care about my problem and made it obvious they weren't going to fix it. My time spent with Snugg as a whole was disappointing. They sell low-quality goods and provide even worse service. Do not waste your time or money with this firm; they are not worth it.
