I'm still undecided about this bag, but only because it's quite big. A laptop fits in easily. The bag is very nice, closes with a zipper at the top and has outside and inside pockets. It even has a hook to hang your keys! I'm not very tall so it's too big to use as an everyday bag, but I like it so much I think I'll keep it and use it when traveling. It fits everything I need on a trip and more!
