I'm glad they sent two. The reset button hung on the first one when I set the code. After creating my code, I mixed up the numbers to hide the code and a second later something clicked. I went back to open it with my code and in fact it didn't open, it took my mixed up numbers as the code because the reset button fell off after a mess. The Numbers I didn't write down where these numbers were as I didn't know what happened. I learned my lesson and was a lot more careful with the second one! And it wasn't my operator error. On the second, as soon as I released the reset button, it fell off and correctly recorded my code. I also really like the look and reliability of the lock!
