09/28/21: Original review updated: A few months later I received an apology from Proscenic along with a partial refund for the difficult times I had received a replacement part . They said they are working hard to improve customer support. I appreciate that and have updated the review to include this new information. I really think it would help if the support model allowed customers to communicate directly with a support agent instead of having to communicate via email. Also, now that I've used a vacuum, I think emptying the dust bin might be easier. It's not that easy to return and set properly. I appreciate the efforts to improve their service which is why I gave them another 1.5 stars. The vacuum cleaner gets 4 stars and the support model gets 3.5 stars. Pros: The product is lightweight and offers acceptable performance. Cons: Small brush didn't work when we got it. I called Revain support and they referred me to Proscenic. It's been almost a month - there is a person in the US who answers the phone and that person has been very helpful. But all technical matters are handled by a different department based in a different time zone. You cannot speak to them - only email. After waiting 3 days I received an email asking for a video issue. They replied and said the part needs to be replaced. And that was over 3 weeks ago. Due to the time difference and language gap, this is not an instant service. By the way, their letters look like spam to me - different fonts, strange grammar and errors. Everything is very very strange. I still haven't received the replacement part. If I had known the support was like this I would not have bought Proscenic.
