I'm surprised that Kyocera, a company known for their copier/printers and photographic equipment, also makes cooking utensils. Advanced CERAMIC Y PEELER is amazing! CERAMIC Y PEELER works effortlessly with a very sharp blade. The handle fits well in the hand, holds well, the knife does not slip. The blade is easy to clean and the knife is easy to store. I like that this cleaner is lightweight, non-corrosive, and lightweight. The non-corrosive blade will not rust or cause food to turn brown. There are double-sided devices for removing flaws in fruit or vegetables, this helped peel potatoes. After trying other Kycocera technologies, you can be sure that CERAMIC Y PEELER is a quality product.
