The responsiveness is great! Every step was taken care by them from beginning till end (from booking until delivery).The price structure makes sense as well compared w/ other companies offering similar products & rates - no surprises here at all which has been good so far!! nothing comes across my mind about this organization or its team members / employees who i had worked along side during different projects over time!! Great customer support indeed! Excellent communication skills too :) Very professional approach towards work-flow management process :D Highly recommended if you need quality goods delivered within your specified timeline without any delay whatsoever. As mentioned earlier above there were some minor issues but solved rather quickly after raising an issue via email response sent next day itself asking why we felt dissatisfied etc... Nothing major really just little nitpicking things like having extra luggage charges when one carries only 2 bags instead 3 per person can be considered better.
