Me. Love. This. Shoes. As a long-time innov8 fan, I needed a change of hut, but couldn't decide. These fit the bill! After reading numerous reviews I scaled down 1/2 and they fit perfectly. Like a glove. They were a bit tight out of the box but stretched perfectly in 3 socks. Please note my feet are narrow but wide apart so they may fit truer to size or larger for someone with a narrower toe spacing. The material is robust, but moves with you. Used them for all aspects of CrossFit, from weightlifting to skipping, burpees, metcons. Running as expected, short distances are not typical for Nano anymore! I am very happy that I decided to buy them from bnb. They do a great job and get tons of compliments!
