Review of COREmetrics Vendor - Great Support, User Friendly Dashboard and Reporting
I like that it is very user friendly for our clients to use as well has being able at integrating with other systems such as Salesforce or Hubspot CRM's etc..
The only thing i dislike about this system was when we had issues updating things within their dashboard they were not always quick enough responding but overall its been great so far! They have helped us out greatly by creating custom dashboards which are easy & simple to update/edit from anywhere you want without having an IT person around constantly doing updates /changes all day long!!
Pros
- How easily everything can be accessed via mobile devices, how intuitive UI makes using software feel effortless especially if someone new needs training in basic steps needed just trying something different than what already exists
Cons
- I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
