Even after buying and enjoying the high price is difficult to justify. Ultimately, it's just wooden blocks (which are still made in China), but the set is versatile and well thought out. The blocks and the box can be used in different ways, so it's several toys in one. My only major complaint is that most of the blocks are square but there is no square hole at the top to place them. It's pretty annoying for a baby. In fact, only 5 specific blocks out of all will fit in the holes. In general, it would be more practical if the child could collect most of the cubes and, of course, the squares as well. The box is compact, so the cubes must be stacked very carefully, otherwise they will not fit, and the filled box will be too heavy for the child. Overall this is a good set of blocks but not perfect and expensive.
