So, I'm a professional butcher, I spend a lot of money on Forshners and such, I've seen these, I've seen the price, I've decided to try a few. I bought 9 knives and two of these steels. I love her! For a long time I wanted steel without grooves for sharp edges, thin flexible knives. That's cool! That's why I bought two! These are well made pieces of cutlery. Knives are made of carbon steel. This means you can easily sharpen and sharpen these blades when needed. If you constantly need a sharp knife, these knives are a good investment. Bought a few for home use.
