I'm not sorry - for this product. We've had it for almost a year now and the lids are getting harder and harder to open and screw on. I mean they are almost impossible to open. I spent 20 minutes this morning dealing with them. Screwing the blender lid on in the first place is outrageous - it's insanely hard to get it into the groove to screw it on properly - it just refuses to line up and therefore closes crookedly, meaning you can't blend. Then, after spending a lot of time putting that stupid lid on and mixing, it's almost impossible to take the lid off. It doesn't have a clutch and trying to unscrew the lid with rubber bands and towels will take forever because it sucks. THEN when you finally take it off you have the same problem as the portable lid and don't even try to take it off after you finish the smoothie, it sucks in as much as it can - my partner is very strong and can't remove yourself. So I had it with this mixer. Save your wrists and your frustration and DO NOT RECEIVE this product. Seriously, this will annoy you to no end, and you don't want your morning to start like this when you're trying to make a quick cocktail and walking out the door. We got this to save time cleaning the regular blender, but it takes longer and annoys me a lot more - I don't get it.
