Product page is incorrect. The first one I got was 300W. I have requested a replacement. The second was 420W. Neither the 450 watts described on the site. Also, both manuals say that the accessories are not dishwasher safe, but the product page states that all accessories are dishwasher safe. Finally, the cup size should be 5.5 QT (22 cups). The mug actually only holds 4.5 qt (18 cups) to the top. The instructions say to fill it with only 1.0-1.5kg which is just over 1-1.5ct (4-6 cups). Basically, the shape/size of the bowl leaves very little work space. The first blender I received was also damaged. He had a defect in his body that was very sharp. The second one was packaged differently, prettier, more secure, which leads me to believe that the first one sent wasn't really new. I kept the second one anyway because I bought it on sale for $38. It wasn't worth my time to fiddle with it any further. I'll just use it until it burns out while I save up for a better one. I've only used it for whipping a few times. It seems to work, but this is my first desktop mixer so I'm not quite sure what to say about the useful functionality. I can tell it's very noisy, like dogs hiding behind the couch out of fear.
