Very good quality - nice and very durable case. I have never slept on a wedge pillow and it takes a little getting used to. I'm fine most of the night if I manage to stay on my back, but I usually sleep on my side and when I roll onto my side in the morning I usually slide down completely. . Sometimes it happens when I'm lying on my back which doesn't really help as I have lower back issues and sliding down with an arched back can really aggravate this issue. I can't tell yet if it will help my GERD or not as I have silent GERD and don't usually get heartburn. Jusri is still not happy with me, but like I said, I'm getting used to it. Shipping took almost 3 weeks (it should take 1 week even with Prime) so be prepared to wait if you order it.
