I first wrote a review explaining why I do not recommend this product. It's not easy to use. This glue will not stick and the eyelash extensions will not fit or adhere evenly. I received an email from the seller asking if they would fix the issue and offer a refund, edit my review, or delete it. After 3-4 letters with constant questions, I finally agreed. I wanted to explain that while I wasn't personally happy with the product, they at least wanted to offer a solution. However, they did not comply and have not responded since. Again, I don't personally recommend this product and just do it professionally when possible. It wasn't easy to use and the quality of the product was poor, which made the task even more difficult.
