I like how easy it was to use, as well as all of my files were in one place that i could access from any device! The only thing about this program is maybe its price point, but if you are looking for something with great customer service then definitely get awerys products because they have amazing support staff who will help resolve issues when needed!! Nothing really bad atm, just keep using their software. They do provide excellent documentation which has been very helpful throughout our transition into new systems/processes; however we did not realize until after implementation that some other companies had better pricing. We now save money by having everything centralized rather than paying multiple fees per month or even an annual fee depending where your aircrafts registration number falls within different countries' laws. Our organization's safety record improved significantly since implementing AWERY. Now everyone knows what information should be stored regarding flight logs, maintenance records etc.,.
