Review on Dorman 741 721 Toyota Driver Regulator by Justin Vasquez

This is the second ESC I have fitted to my 2001 Camry. Being that age I didn't want to pay hundreds of dollars to have them professionally replaced and felt like I could do it myself. I replaced the right rear a few years ago with a part that was half the price. It works but makes a faint click when running. After the driver's side front adjuster failed, I wanted to replace it with a better part. I found a Dorman controller here and decided to give it a try. I wasn't disappointed as it fits and works great. Don't be surprised if it is not identical to the original part. All fastening screws fit and it corresponds functionally to the original. There are a few little tricks to taking the door apart, but if you look for them there are videos and websites that will show you how. Just be patient, methodical (taking photos during disassembly is good), careful not to force things too much, and make sure you don't leave any detail behind.
