I was very hesitant to buy a new spatula for my Weber Spirit BBQ, I wanted something strong but NOT HEAVY that would stand up to my constant use and this would just clean up. (I use my grill at least 6-8 times a month). Love the "knife" that this spatula has, I've found it very useful, especially when you want to cut something right away, like sausages or a juicy steak! I also take into account that it is enough to protect your hands and at the same time it is very easy and ergonomic to use.
