Bought because the cable can be taken apart. I need to connect an audio player to left and right speakers that are at least 4 feet apart. This cable is just right for me. Plug and cable quality is good. However, after a day of listening, I found that the labels on the XLR sides were wrong. The one labeled "tip" is actually "ring" and "ring" is actually "tip". I fixed it by swapping the color ring (red and black). It's not a big problem, if you want to buy it, you'd better check that the labels are correct. I was going to give 5 stars, now 4 due to mislabelling.
