Update: The company came to me with an offer to fix it. I agreed that they sent me a new case. The box contained the graphics of the enclosed product. The previous case was in a plain pale pink box. I've had the case for a few weeks now. I've found I rarely use an iPad these days, but the keyboard worked as intended. The color keyboard works as advertised. I can't get the cord flat into the designated groove because only the hour stars increase from one. Overall, the case seems to work as described. I had to return the product. the keyboard didn't respond. I had to press the letters and space multiple times before it worked. Then, where you plug the charger into the keyboard, it broke and wouldn't take any more charge. The company said an update was needed. I have informed them that I have returned the product. It was a good concept, a poorly executed design with many flaws
