The ease for tracking orders as well shipping documents etc; it's easy enough even without having any experience using this system! I can also share my order history easily via email which saves me from printing out reports every week - great!! Not much at all really but maybe more features could be added like an integrated app? We've been able use our own excel sheet before now though there are some minor issues such how quickly we receive emails after entering data through their website (sometimes takes longer than expected).
