At the end of July, we noticed a problem and called assistance; they directed us to the s/c, where the controller remained for the entirety of August. We received an irreparable deed on August 30. The act was canceled in protest, and nothing happened for the next 40 days. The same lame excuse, "we were rushing the workers," is given daily. They promised to get in touch with us soon after transferring our data to the store in early October, but that never happened. So, here we are in the third month of waiting for no apparent reason.
