If you were expecting this product to taste like a glass of sweet tea or Crystal Light, then it isn't. Apart from that, its unique taste defines its niche for people looking for a light and refreshing isolate. I throw it in a ball blender with ice and some unsweetened tea, and it's perfect when I need some protein but don't want to be weighed down with anything milky or heavy. In a standard shaker, if you leave a lot of space in the bottle, this will result in heavy foaming. It's definitely not a perfect product but I love it and have been using it for a number of years.
