Like: Massage Balls

I just got it but have been using therapy balls for a long time so I can say its good when I see it. I bought these because I wanted them to be different sizes and textures than what I currently have. (The ones I've had are larger and have a much firmer texture.) Already in love with them! There are two things I like about them: 1) Texture/Hardness: They're hard enough to untie knots, but have just the right amount of springiness that makes untying the trigger point a little less painful than hard plastic. 2) Size: Tiny is perfect for getting into the tendons on your feet which makes them sore after wearing shoes. The largest of these is quite small and ideal for subscapularis nodules. I feel a lot better even after using them a little. I can't believe the improvement over the ones I had before (and they've been amazing to me).

  • RELAX LIKE A PRO. Encourage faster post-workout/exercise recovery by exercising 10 minutes daily. Recovery must occur before progress can be made, SMR is important to prevent injury and minimize restricted mobility.

  • Out of fashion
