I got this screen because it was on sale and I have no regrets that I threw away the new HDMI cable that came in the box to give away. I forgot to turn off the screen on the third day I got the screen. I didn't think about it until I tried turning on my computer. HDMI has given up the ghost. I guess it's not a big deal, I just changed the old one I was planning on using it but after a while I noticed that for some reason the screen is now making a sound like the sound of a fan spinning up when booting spins which it doesn't because it's noticeable until it's set but at the end of the day I digress, very nice screen.
