It's good when your headphones don't get tangled. However, I find that pulling the cords through the individual channels takes some time. Since the cords are very thin, I'm afraid of damaging them by stuffing them into the channels. So I bend the channels to get the headphone wires in and out. I agree with other reviews of plugging both earbuds into the same channel and using the other channel for the plug. There is no clip for the end of the cord. There are no instructions on how to use this product inside or outside the packaging. However, this is a good way to tuck away cords and they don't get tangled. They are small enough to fit in your pocket or bag with your iPod.
