When my mask arrived, it was extremely hard to get out of the tube. Maybe it was dried out a bit? I couldn't do anything to soften it so I has to squeeze really hard for it to come out. I finally got enough to apply a thin layer on my face, and I waited about 15-20 minutes as suggested. The mask was supposed to peel off but mine was having a hard time, so I eventually just used a warm washcloth to remove which wasn't a big deal. My skin did feel very nice afterward. I wonder if there was something wrong with my tube though. It shouldn"t be so hard to come out of the tube.
