The car doesn't switch off, it swings harder on its base
That's right. After pouring the water I put it back on the base (which takes some dexterity) and after a few minutes it keeps making those clicking sounds. I check it to see that the off button didn't show up and it was still "on" when I tried to boil water but there was no water in it. I liked the size and with care it works great. It takes 2-3 minutes while my Aroma from Target took about 2 minutes for the same amount of water.
