Review on 💾 U32 Shadow 8TB USB-C Portable External Solid State Drive SSD by Nale Dunn

I bought this particular SSD to use as an external boot drive for my 2017 i5 5K 27" iMac. It was recommended by the software publisher Carbon Copy Cloner, which I use to clone my I used internal boot disk on this ssd. I first reformatted the ssd and then cloned my internal boot disk to it according to the instructions. I was very disappointed with the performance, it was very slow, especially on startup. The next day I went the whole thing thru steps again and I can say that it runs pretty fast when using the computer.It still seems to take a bit longer to start the computer instead of the internal hard drive, but not too slow..
