I have been using this tool since it was released almost 3 years ago now! The customer support has never ceased in helping me get through each of my questions or problems as they are always quick at responding with what i need help/advice too - which helps keep your mind focussed towards getting results rather than being confused by how everything works together (which would take you hours otherwise!). This product really does work well if used correctly but there's not much out side their excellent training material available either within seoranking itself OR via its partner sites like Moz etc., so make sure u use them both when first starting off & understand where certain things fit into place before jumping straight onto trying anything new. Having someone who can teach us how these functions operate properly will go along way toward making our lives easier while also allowing time saved from doing research ourselves once we've learnt most basic tasks. We've found great benefits in terms of saving precious time, more focus placed upon actual search engine optimisation instead of researching individual elements separately. The best part about this tool is its ability to track your progress in terms of keywords ranking as well as traffic generated from search engines. It's also very easy to use with no technical knowledge required. I have not found anything which can be considered negative at this point. This product has helped us improve our rankings without much effort. We are able to see how many visitors we get per day as well as their geographical location.
