The time I spent with Ruziniu was a living nightmare for me. It was difficult to choose between all of the different light fixtures and fans for the ceiling because there was such a large selection. It was almost like a game of "find the option that is the least ugly." And don't even get me started on the various things for enhancing one's home! Ruziniu is the place to go to if you want to make your home look like something out of a garish carnival full of color and chaos. But the actual deal breaker is... Going through the checkout process was like trying to find one's way through a maze. It seems as though their goal was to make it as difficult as humanly possible for you to hand over your money. And when I was eventually successful in completing my purchase, the products that I had ordered were broken and in inadequate packaging. It was almost as if they were trying on purpose to destroy the vision I had for my home decor. What can you say about their support for customers? Let's just say that if I had to deal with them again, I'd rather get a root canal than do so. Inconsiderate, useless, and totally uninterested in assisting me in finding a solution to my problems. In a nutshell, Ruziniu is an interior design catastrophe waiting to take place. I would advise you to stay away from this online store unless you want to spend your life living in a neon nightmare.
