This lighting is as beautiful as shown in the photos and the quality far exceeds the reasonable price. The reason for the 4 stars is the terrible instructions. They hardly describe the assembly and what they describe is not entirely accurate so I think this can lead to error, frustration and risk of breaking the lampshade. I flashed it first in hopes of making assembly clearer. 1) Disassemble and set everything in order - a lamp with a white cord, a hanger without a bendable end, a hanger with a bendable end, a metal lampshade cover (in a wall mount bag) and a metal ring on the lamp. 2) Tape the end to secure the white wire cover so it doesn't ride up when pulled through the brackets. Also, connect the ends of the two wires together at the top. 3) Pass the wire through the first shoulder. Pay attention to the side of the thread as the teeth only fit on one side. 4) Insert the screw handle into the hole and tighten slightly. Do not overtighten as you could damage the teeth and need to make adjustments after installation. 5) Pass the wire through the second lever. This lever has two sections with screw knobs. Keep in mind that the included cables will move in the ports as you adjust the lever position, so allow some slack. probably influenced by the placement of the wiring. 7) The glass shade is not fixed by the metal plate with 3 screws. If you use this, the tint will fall off immediately. Although I put it on for the beauty. Use the round ring on the bracket to attach the glass cover. There is no rubber ring so do not overtighten or add the hood until the light is set. (We bought a swim ring x 2 to protect the shade. 8) Would have added more pictures showing the installation and all how to connect the nuts and bolts. Tighten the two nuts on the screws protruding from the main bezel. If they are loose, they cannot be securely tightened when adding the nuts to the bezel.
