Review on Star Vixen Womens Petite Sidetie by Tierra Colbert

This skirt is very cute in the picture but what I received was very square and out of shape. The tie doesn't do anything (thought I could make it a little smaller) and you can't even see the wrap, it goes all the way to the opposite seam. There is no such cute cut to the knee. I also ordered a medium and it was too big for me like it didn't fit my waist. I'm 145 pounds and 5ft 5in tall, I'm usually medium height.
