The chrome was coming loose from several wrenches which cut one of my fingers deeply and dug into my arm when unpacking on arrival. The two wrenches actually have a curve right out of the box too! They fall apart in a box. The shafts are also thin. To me they looked like someone would spend SATA instead of Crescent on cheap tools, sell them as PRO LINE, and charge $70 for wrenches with a few pesky gaps. I've tried contacting support but there hasn't been an answer for a week! I ordered a set of metric Tekton wrenches which cost a little more. They don't miss the 20mm size, have fantastic chrome, are much more durable, have a nice stand and a well-known warranty. The portability is better and I feel like it's a great tool that I'll be happy to own. I'm tired of looking for the best value for money and I have a feeling that if I upgrade my socket sets in a year or two, they will most likely be Tekton too.
